Return Process

  Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repack your equipment in its original premium packaging, including all protective materials, to prevent damage during transit.

  Scheduled Collection

  We will arrange a professional white-glove courier service to collect the items from your residence at a time that suits your schedule.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans verify the condition of the returned equipment, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
